With 34 years of construction experience, Macco Construction is proud to be a locally owned Boston-area business based in Hanover, MA. Convenient to all of Greater Boston and the South Shore, we’ve been building, remodeling, and improving homes for more than three decades. From designing and constructing multi-unit apartment buildings in the city to adding ADU's and completing custom bathroom remodels, we bring the same level of care, expertise, and precision to every project — big or small.

Welcome to Macco! We started Macco Construction with a drive to do construction a better way. With so many companies in the Boston area to choose from, we know how important it is to pay attention to the smallest details, show up when we're supposed to, and create beautiful homes. We've seen it all and we help with it all. whether you're looking to fix up an old bathroom, demo an old apartment building, or imagine a completely new home, we have the tools and the team to get the job done, and get it done the right way. The Macco Construction Process
We value craftsmanship, integrity, efficiency, and great communication. We value every client relationship, and treat every project with our full attention from start to finish. We have a thorough process that makes sure every detail gets completed to the highest standards.
Consultation & Estimate
We sit down and talk to you about what you want, what your timeline is, and realistically what your project will look like. We create thoughtful estimates that are as accurate as possible, do some additional research where necessary, and answer any and all of your questions.
Design & Planning
Once you approve your estimate, we create a timeline for the work to be done. Our construction team plans out any phases of the project that are necessary, and we acquire any materials and equipment necessary for the project. We also acquire any necessary permits.
Build & Renovate
We do the work! We always check in with you as work is completed to make sure that everything is headed in the right direction, and stay in close communication with you as the project is completed. Our goal is always to complete the best quality work in the timeline that we have given you.
Final Walkthrough & Follow Up
Once the work is complete we always do a final walkthrough with you to make sure that the work is to your standards, and that all of the details of the work are correct. For larger projects with many phases, details are key and we always make sure we dot our i's and cross our t's!
